We've worked with Cherie before and she handled our involved transaction very patiently and tactfully.  Therefore, we were in no doubt we wanted Cherie's representation in our most recent home sale. Cherie appreciated what was important to us and in addition suggested great tips for maximizing the first impression of our home. To receive Cherie on my doorstep in casual clothes to help stage and clean our home was both a pain and a much needed boot in the right direction. Cherie is a hustler, gets the job done and can even tactfully talk to teenagers about how their hallowed bedroom space needs to be upgraded to get the house sold. Cherie presented her sale plan to us and followed through with a full ask, seamless sale.
